It’s tailored to your needs, and designed to accomplish as much as possible before you arrive on Maui—so you can spend your time here on the golf course or at the beach, not sitting in our offices.
You can enroll in this program without any cost or obligation. Here’s how.
Before you come to Maui . . .
Email us and let us know the best time and way to reach you. We’ll help you complete a questionnaire on your interests and hobbies, preferred location and climate, and desired property amenities. We’ll keep your information confidential, and use it to develop a list of potential properties that meet your lifestyle and needs.
If your time permits, we encourage you to join us in an interactive web meeting to review the island’s upcoming developments, existing subdivisions and current market conditions. Such a meeting helps us pinpoint the best properties for you before you arrive on Maui.
Let us know when you plan to be here, and we’ll be happy to schedule a visit to our offices.
Once you arrive . . .
We’ll present you with a preliminary plan and make sure we have tailored it to your needs and time constraints. If we have not already done so through a web meeting, we’ll discuss current market conditions and take you on a slide-show tour of the subdivisions, developments and locations on Maui suitable to your lifestyle. And if the best choices turn out to be on other islands, we’ll connect you with our affiliates on Oahu, Kauai, or the Big Island.
You are under no obligation to continue with us. If you do decide to retain us as your formal representative, we will finalize your buying plan:
- We’ll prepare a list of properties, arrange showings, and help in evaluating related properties.
- We’ll develop a purchasing strategy and timeline, and help you formulate offers, negotiation strategies and risk management. If applicable, we’ll provide guidance with related contract documents and coordinate with your attorney.
- If you would like to make any offers, we’ll present them to the sellers and negotiate on your behalf, including resolution of the various issues that inevitably arise during escrow.
- If this is your first Maui real-estate purchase, our Maui Buyer’s Advisory will provide you with a comprehensive review of potential due-diligence issues specific to the island. We also provide you with access to our members’ library of “white papers” on other due-diligence issues.
- We will develop an escrow timeline and manage your end of the escrow process. We will communicate escrow deadlines and related progress to you in a professional and timely manner.
After your visit . . .
You’ll return home either having found your dream property, or having gained solid knowledge about areas of the island that meet your criteria. If you’re still looking, we’ll provide you with daily changes that occur in your preferred areas, and will be happy to arrange a web meeting to preview new potential properties—the next best thing to being there.
