Marty Sutor
Marty’s experience is both extensive and diverse. She spent more than 20 years as an entrepreneur, business consultant and professional manager; and has significant experience as a stock/option trader. She holds a BA in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University and was a certified public accountant in Washington State.
Marty shares Bob’s passion for bicycling and paddling, as well as hiking and the many other outdoor activities Maui has to offer.
Bob Sutor
Bob brings to his real-estate practice more than 25 years’ experience in professional management. A real-estate investor himself, he has been involved with the development of commercial and residential properties in Hawaii and on the Mainland, and managed significant real-estate projects for other investors in Hawaii—acquiring extensive negotiating experience in buying and selling properties. He earned his MBA from the University of Washington, and has been a licensed certified public accountant in Washington State since 1974.
Bob enjoys kiteboarding, windsurfing, bicycling and outrigger-canoeing.
The Sutor Group
In 1981, Marty and Bob founded The Sutor Group, a professional-services company with offices in Washington and California, specializing in management services for the construction and real-estate-development industries. There, Marty provided systems development and financial consulting, helping clients to manage major systems changes and company-wide communications. Bob’s experience in all aspects of construction-industry management is grounded in his reputation for honesty and integrity in dealing with clients and associates.
